Julia,

You have beautiful curl! You have some options with your face shape. All depends on whether you want to keep the length or if you're ready for a change.

If you want to keep the length I would work with what you have. I would cut into the right side of your hair to remove some of the bulk and help the hair sit closer to your face. I would cut random but purposeful pieces on the left side of your hair to balance out the hair on the right side. (Right side in your picture) This would give balance to the overall appearance.

If you are ready for a change ...

I think the length of your shorter layer that falls just past your chin would be a fun length for the rest of your hair. Then, create a shape with longer layers to create a style.

Your hair texture is great to cut dry because it has such a strong rebound factor when it dries. Cutting dry gives you the finished shape first - you don't have to wait for it to dry to see the final outcome.

Best of Luck,
Nicole

You could have the stylist cut your hair dry. Look up "Deva Method" on Google. But personally I think your hair looks nice the way it is.
