Wavy hair styles and curly hair styles overlap. Sometimes it's hard to know which category to place a particular hair style in.It's a dilemma. Like the problem you face categorizing medium length hair styles - where do you draw the line? Is it really medium length, or is it actually a longish short hair style? Or a shortish long style? For convenience we group hair style pictures by length, so it's easier to find a picture of the hair style you're after. But there's a bit of leeway because of the overlap, and it's the same with curly and wavy. In the end you take a pot shot.
