The layers on the bottom are intense ringlets, but the hair on the top is bouncy waves. Even if I style it, it will never match.
My hair is also very frizzy around the top of my head/forehead.

Nicole's Answer:Dear JanelleCombination hair can be hard to manage sometimes.
To help the frizz around your head and forehead use a water soluble gel when styling your hair.
To blend the two types of curl you have, use a curling iron after you have washed and dried your hair.
When choosing a curling iron, pick one that is close to the size of your smaller curl. This will help the top and bottom layers blend.
