Thinning, Greying, Fine Hair That is Very Hard to Manage

I am 63 years old and the top, sides and upper back of my hair is mostly grey. The back from about half way down is a mixture of some grey and my original dark brown. My hair is just above my shoulders in the back and at the bottom of my earlobes on the sides. It is cut in different lengths.

My hair has started doing some thinning and the grey is not that easy to manage. About 2-3 weeks ago I got a body perm.

My eyes are hazel and I have a round face with high cheek bones. I wear a neutral makeup. I don't want my hair to be a dark color. I would like something that is lighter with maybe some highlights in it.

My biggest wish is to have a flattering hair style with color that is appropriate for me and the fact that I am 63 years old.
