Thin curly jaw length hair

I recently had a body perm done to my hair. I love the perm but don't care much for the style.

I have always had short hair, even shorter than jaw length. It's my preference because my hair is thin and does not look good much longer than that.

The cut I have now is too much of a bob and I prefer a more funky look.

What type of cut should I ask my stylist for to achieve a short, wavy (light curl), funky look?
