When I was younger, I was constantly battling with my hair; it never seemed to behave or look right, and the other girls at school would often make fun of how different it was from theirs, telling me I looked like a "Tarantula Head" and how awful it was.
It was my auntie who finally convinced me otherwise. She showed me that my hair is a part of who I am, and that being different and standing out from the crowd isn't always a bad thing.
Now, I love the fact that my hair makes me individual and unique; I can't imagine it being any different! My friends often tell me that it reflects my personality perfectly; and I wouldn't have it any other way, Tarantula and all...
