It took me forever to finally find products that would leave my hair soft and shiny but not hard and crispy or wet looking. YES it's natural, no spiral irons needed. The only heat I use is a blowdryer with a diffuser.

Your hair has a nice soft look but it looks like you separate your hair in little sections and help the top portion before it goes into its own curl. Either way, it's a nice soft look
