Hello! My hair has been natural for almost two years now and I love it! I think I have between a 3c and 4a hair type. I've gone hair crazy since going natural. I'm always online, researching products, reading other hair stories, and just seeing what and what not to use in my hair. My hair journey has been quite exciting.

I still have those "not so hot hair" days because I'm still learning how to style it and manage it but I've gotten a lot better than how I started out. Probably the most exciting results for me are the compliments I receive and all the inquiring on how I achieve certain styles ... Love It! (LOL)

For years I relaxed my hair. My mom started relaxing my hair because it was better to manage. I actually didn't know I had curly hair until a few years ago. I never really got relaxers on a regular basis because I didn't need them like that plus I hated to get one because of the burning.

Once I discovered my texture I had to leave relaxers behind. I couldn't continue to cover up my hair.

My mom doesn't really care for my hair. She says I have beautiful hair but she feels straight hair better suits my face. Everyone has their own opinions. I still like straight hair but I also love big hair and in my opinion big hair suits me better. But to each her own.

I love my hair!!!
