My Naturally Curly BUT FRIZZY Hair :)

Does anybody have any good advice on how to manage really frizzy curly hair?

I either rub coconut oil into my damp hair, or rub hair wax onto my dry hair, but both products then require me to wash my hair more frequently, or else it looks dirty very quickly. Is there any better way of getting definition in my curls?
