My Natural Curly Hair

I'm the one in the purple. My friend is next to me. This was the best pic I could find on the computer with my curly hair.

I usually use mousse on my hair but it can be verrrryy annoying because it can make it hard sometimes. But when I don't put enough in, it becomes a big poof ball. ESPECIALLY on the back.

People LOVE my hair but to me it's just a big mess that always has to be tended to. I can't go swimming without it drying all frizzed and poofed up when I get out of the pool =/

I've even considered chemically straightening my hair, but at the last minute decided to keep it the way it is (:

The thing is that I cannot blow dry my hair or anything if I'm in a hurry cause it'll turn out a big poof of frizz. NO LIE. It almost looks like I have an untamed afro!

And it sucks cause you can't do as much with curly hair; and I have ALWAYS wanted bangs, but I never can get them cause it just wouldn't look right with my type of hair.

Because of my hair I can't do a lot of the hair styles that start at school, so I wear my hair the same EVERY day. It gets pretty annoying.

Even though curly hair isn't easy to deal with, I get used to it. And I always get compliments on it. It's just sometimes I want a change - I don't want to just straighten it for one day, I want to have it straight and get a hair cut with bangs and get a choppy hair cut or something. Something that wouldn't look too great with curly hair haha.
