My Hair

This is what my hair looks like.
I use Dove Intense Damage to treat my hair. I love my hair but in the last few days I've seen changes. I feel like it's lighter and it's weak. My lower hair is just fine. I have moisturized the locks and they're shiny and very soft.
My curls, from the root where they'e actually supposed to be better looking than the lower ones, are so unbelievably frizzy and I can't handle the frizziness. What should I do?
Other times when my hair is set, I use cute bow clips to give a young cute girl kinda look and I also use a lot of hair clips.
I usually don't tie my hair.
If I do tie it? I tie my hair untidily for school because it looks sexy at the same time.
