Stasia,
congrats on your new baby. You have a pretty face and it is hidden and pulled down by your current style. You'll be busy with the new baby, especially if you work too, so you should go with something shorter and easy care. You would look great with a chin length bob, with some tapering in back to add some volume. I like you without bangs, but you should do more of a swoop with a side part instead of the center part. You could do bangs too with the bob as you would look great either way. I would do some blonde highlights and gradually take your hair lighter. Let us know what you do.
