It's natural. I dont brush it, just comb it with my hands. Who needs a brush? :)

And I just use gel. I'm advised not to but the results are okay. I guess it does bug me though, cause there are not many ways I can wear it :(

My hair's quite long down my back, but the curls are really tight so it shortens when it dries.
