My Curls Give Me a Headache

Well, my naturally curly hair and I have a love/hate relationship. Some days my hair is generous and styles nicely, looking healthy and cute, but most of the time it looks dry/frizzy and is plain unmanageable.

I wear my hair up 99.9% of the time; this is the only photo I have out of 346 that displays my hair in the "down" position. Ha!

I really really wish to find a fun/sexy haircut that would be easy to manage and still be able to updo for exercising or lounging around without looking like Bozo the clown. Ideas anybody??
