When I was little my parents butchered my hair. They both have poker straight hair and just didn't understand my hair.

Finally, in middle school a music teacher told me not to brush it when it was dry and told me to leave conditioner in it ... that was all the info I needed!

From that day on, my hair has been my best physical asset ...
