Is there a good way to style SUPER thin but Very curly hair?

I have a short haircut because of my thin hair. The shorter it is the fuller it looks.

Everything I use seems to weigh down my hair, which may be good for people with thick hair, but mine is so thin it almost looks like I have a bald spot in the back. I want it to look full (preferably without a bald spot of course) but not stringy and frizzy.

It seems like every once in a while luck will just happen upon me and it'll look good, but I'm usually unhappy with it on a daily basis. The haircut I have now is longer in front and kinda stacked in the back.

Any suggestions?
