I Want BIG hair!

this just kinda gives a general idea how my hair is...

I have naturally curly hair ... really tight curls underneath & looser curls on top (medium length). I have always kept my curls as flat and smooth as possible, but now I'm dying for big sexy hair.

The last few weeks I've been experimenting with hairspray and volumizers, etc. and nothing seems to work right.

I need help making my curls big and kind of fro-y without looking frizzy and loosing its curl.

Any suggestions?
