I want a haircut that eliminates bulk from my hair without thinning it and making it shorter. Is that possible?

Hi!

Well, my hair is very thick, and pretty curly.

It takes a long time to dry and when it dries, it just gets bigger. The curls form nicely but IT'S TOO BIG. How can I eliminate some volume?

I really need a good haircut that will make my hair less bulky.
