I Want a Fringe, but How Can I When I Have Curly Hair?

I have thick curly hair, layered, and I really would love to have a fringe or bangs, as I have a high forehead. I just want some curls around my face, to soften my face for when I have my hair up, and for when it's out.

But I cannot find a stylist or hairdresser who can do that for me - just add soft curls around my face.

Do you have any suggestions?

I live in New Zealand and can't seem to find anyone to help. I use a really good Shampoo/conditioner which has no Sulphate in it and it is brilliant.

But I have always battled to find a good hairstyle that makes my curls look pretty, and soft around my face.

Please help!
