I stopped fighting my naturally curly hair...

For a very long time, since I was a teenager, I fought my naturally curly hair. I straightened it religiously. I loved straight hair.

Then, at some point about 2 years ago, I gave up.

I found what seemed to be the answer to my prayers - Sunsilk. That was a blessing in disguise. It worked for quite a while. But now it just doesn't seem to work as well. I am confused. It looks good sometimes, but it really gets out of control at other times.

Any comments and or suggestions would be helpful.

By the way, I have been trying to grow it out too, but it only seems to grow horizontal. Any help with that would be appreciated.
