I almost got my hair straightened a few years back because the only thing I ever saw in magazines was straight hair. My hair got curlier over the years and I just wanted to have straight hair.

I received so many compliments in salons and elsewhere about my curly hair, though, that I decided not to change it. I realized that I won't ever get complimented on how straight my hair looks, so I decided to embrace the curl and have never looked back!

I LOVE my curly hair and feel like it sets me apart from others. It makes me unique!
