Curly Hair Short Style

Because a curly hair short style leaves the lower half of your face exposed and frames only the upper half, many women simply can't adopt this style.

Ashley Judd is one woman who can. In fact she carries off just about any style of hair with ease.

The face shapes best suited to short hair cuts are diamond shaped and oval. If you're lucky enough to have an oval face then not only can you wear a short curly hair style, but the entire world of hair cuts and hair styles is wide open to you. Just about every hair style suits an oval.

Diamond shaped faces have a lot of scope, too, as most hair styles will suit them. But a short style only works with diamond faces if the angle of your jaw line is not too sharp.

If the line from your cheekbones to your chin is very dramatic then, like Delta Goodrem, Charlize Theron and Julia Ormond, you'll want to leave some hair showing at the nape of your neck to balance the overall shape of your curly hair short style.
