Both Massey and Ouidad work in New York, so unless you live there or visit regularly you'll need to search locally for someone with the ability and knowledge to give you a decent curly cut hair short, long or medium style. You can't cut your own hair, but you can certainly know enough to pick out someone who'll do the job properly.
