My hair is natural, but I must get atleast 3 people a week ask me what kind of perm is that. The best thing about having curly hair is you never get lost in a crowd - your friends can always see you.

Yup, I never got away with ANYTHING as a kid ... or now! We have almost identical hair but mine is a bit more blond even. High five on rockin' the locks.

I can completely agree with your comment on your friends finding you in a crowd. I was in Greece over the summer and at the clubs my friend could always find my bright blonde curly head among mostly dark brown heads.

I have the same problem with everyone asking me what type of perm is that. All my life I have wanted straight hair but over the years I have learned to deal with my curls and not go with an extreme short haircut.
