Curlicious

To keep the story short, I have made peace with my locks.

Why?

Well we are blessed with great resources to battle the frizz ... tame the beast ... coddle the curls

Great products ... and I've tried many

Great hairdresser ... I have one

Besides, being stopped by strangers asking me "are your curls real" can be a boost to my ego. Especially when I answer, rather timidly, "Yes they are," and the reaction is an eyeroll.

Yes I would love the ease of straight luscious hair. My wallet would like it - the hair product industry loves me. But the bottom line is, I finally have made peace with my crazy and sometimes out of control head of hair.
